Easy Lemon Garlic Chicken

One of the easiest ways to cook chicken is to pan fry it. And who of us doesn't need easy and quick recipes, especially on a busy weeknight? This recipe gives you moist chicken that's full of flavor. And if you are watching your weight, substitute the butter for olive oil. This chicken goes really well with my Easy Lemon Rice. Then add some steamed mixed veggies, and you have a quick, healthy, and very easy dinner!

Easy Lemon Garlic Chicken

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp seasoning salt
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp lemon juice

Mix together garlic powder, onion powder, and seasoning salt. Thoroughly coat each side of the chicken breasts with the seasoning mix. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add lemon juice to the pan, stirring to combine. Add the chicken and saute for about 10 - 15 minutes on each side, or until chicken is cooked through. Quick, easy, and delicious!
