Do you know how good kale is for you? Google it and you will be amazed! We are trying to have this for breakfast at least every other day. Try it even if you don't think you'll like it. You don't even taste the kale:-)
Ingredients
1 cup apple juice
1 cup orange juice
1 tsp ground ginger
2 cups chopped raw kale
2 frozen bananas
Directions
Add all your ingredients to your blender and blend until very well combined.
Makes 2 servings
