Super Simple Key Lime Pie

This key lime pie has the perfect balance of tartness and sweetness. It's the perfect summer dessert! Remember to use REAL key limes and not the persian limes that at are so commonly found at the grocery store. It makes all the difference in flavor!

Super Simple Key Lime Pie

1 recipe 10 inch macadamia graham cracker pie crust
2 cans (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup key lime juice
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp key lime zest

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, sour cream, and lime zest until thoroughly combined.

Pour mixture into the prepared pie crust and spread out until even.

Bake for about 8-10 minutes until set, making sure not to brown the pie.

Remove from the oven and let sit for about 30 minutes before chilling completely in the fridge (about 2 hours).

Garnish with whipped cream, sliced key limes, or both!
