Raspberry Balsamic Vinaigrette

I've become a big fan of vinaigrettes lately. I used to only eat creamy dressings on my salads. This dressing is so delicious, especially on mixed greens sprinkled with diced Granny Smith apples and feta cheese. Enjoy!

Raspberry Balsamic Vinaigrette

4 tbsp honey
1/4 cup raspberry balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil or canola oil

Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk until emulsified. Better than anything in a bottle!

Makes about 1 cup
