Kick That Cold! Green Smoothie
1 cup fresh packed spinach
1 cup orange juice
1 cup ice
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
1 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp cardamom
Blend together all ingredients until smooth. Healthy and delicious!
