Chicken Noodles Romanoff

Do you remember the Stouffer's t.v. dinner, Noodles Romanoff? Back in the day, when I used to eat t.v. dinners, it was my favorite. Well, this recipe is a delicious homemade version of that classic! Rich and creamy, it pairs well with a glass of white wine and a Caesar salad. Enjoy!

Chicken Noodles Romanoff

16 ounces of your favorite noodle
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cooked & shredded
1 cup sour cream
1 cup 2% cottage cheese
1/2 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp onion flakes
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cook noodles in boiling salted water al dente. Drain and return to same pot.

Add in the next 9 ingredients, stirring well.

Transfer to a buttered 9x13 inch casserole dish.

Sprinkle with the remaining Cheddar cheese.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Makes about 6-8 servings
