Lemon Garlic Greek Marinade

Don't you just love marinades? They really pack a flavor punch into whatever your cooking. Now what's great about this marinade is that it is multi-purpose. You can use it on chicken, fish, pork, and even potatoes, and it comes out delicious! I used this marinade on the chicken that I cooked for my hubby on the night he proposed. Now I'm not saying that this marinade will accomplish THAT for you...but it is really, really good!

Lemon Garlic Greek Marinade

4 cloves garlic
1/4 cup grainy mustard
3 tbsp honey
1/4 cup dijon mustard
1/2 tbsp Greek Seasoning
1/2 tbsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp thyme
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 1/4 cup canola oil

Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend very well until everything is fully emulsified.

Store in the fridge until ready to use.

Makes about 2 cups of marinade

**Helpful Note**
If the mixture separates after being in the fridge for awhile, just blend again until well combined.
