Garlic Cheddar Chicken

I love chicken that comes out tender and full of flavor from the oven. This recipe has yummy seasonings and a crispy coating that will delight your taste buds! And it makes another quick and easy dinner option during your busy week or a tasty option for a more elegant dinner on the weekend. Either way, your family will be pleased!

Garlic Cheddar Chicken

2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp minced garlic
3 tbsp bread crumbs
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/8 tsp dried parsley
1/8 tsp dried oregano
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp salt
1 skinless, boneless chicken breast

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, and add the garlic, stirring until tender, about 3 minutes.

In a shallow bowl, mix the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Cheddar cheese, parsley, oregano, pepper, and salt.

Cut the chicken breast horizantally to make 2 thin breasts.

Dip each chicken breast into the garlic butter to coat completely, then press into the bread crumb mixture.

Arrange the chicken in a baking dish. Drizzle with any of the remaining remaining butter mixture.

Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven. So good!
