Triple Chocolate Divine Cake


I thought for my first recipe post I should focus on dessert. Everyone should have a good dessert recipe in their arsenal. If you can nail the dessert portion of the meal, it will be a success. So how do you do it? Slave in the kitchen all day? Oh no….I have a much better solution for you! This dessert will make you a super star in the kitchen. Everyone will tell you how it is so rich and moist and hail you as a wonderful cook. And that’s the trick, right? The presentation and the taste are out of this world, but the reality is that this dessert will take you just minutes to put together, it’s so simple. And it will be our little secret, okay? Enjoy!


Triple Chocolate Divine Cake

-1 box of devils food cake mix

-1 box of instant chocolate pudding mix (4 serving size)

-4 large eggs

-1 cup sour cream

-1/2 cup warm water

-1/2 cup grapeseed oil

-1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

-powdered sugar, chocolate sauce, & strawberries for garnish

Place all ingredients except chocolate chips in a large mixing bowl. Blend with an electric mixer for about 1 minute. Stir down sides. Continue to mix on medium speed for about 3 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared (greased and floured) bundt pan. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool 20 minutes. Invert onto serving platter. Garnish with powdered sugar, chocolate sauce, & strawberries. Yum!
