My 1st Post!



I'm not a good cook, I'm just a collector of great recipes!  Has anyone ever said that to you? Well, I say it a lot. And it's true...as long as you can follow directions, you can cook. And I mean COOK WELL.  Don't believe me? Well, this blog was created to prove you wrong (and to organize my great heap of awesome recipes, but that's a topic for another post). Great recipes, cooking tips, and a few random topics. Most of all I want to share with you my love to cook and eat. That's what this blog is all about. Welcome!
